My yoga journey, which started in when I was 25, has become a key part of my life.  I typically get up at 4.30am-5am, coffee in bed, 20min meditation, steep hill walk and finally, my healthy breakfast!

 

Having dedicated my entire life to transformation of the mind and body, I now seek to share my learnings and empower others to live their best lives. Some of my clients are those who are yearning for the “next step” whereas others have been bogged down by the past or feel weak… it doesn’t matter where you are at in life, everyone can still learn more about themselves and developer further.
