Let's do the twist!
I love gentle twists.
In just 10 breaths or so, I can go from feeling stiff and restricted (which makes me feel older!), to feeling more open and freer in my body (which makes me feel younger!)
In the words of the great master of yoga B.K.S Iyengar:

And on top of all that...they feel dee-licious!
